I could use some suggestions on Grills. Maybe in the $500 range? My father has had a Holland for a long time and I've used that many times. I've also used a Charcoal grill in the past, but it seems like a little bit of a process every time I want to grill however looking at some of the food cooked over charcoal I don't know anymore. It all looked delicious. I've never really used a Weber gas grill. At this point I don't have a preference.
I also plan on getting a smoker. From what I've heard, I don't think I want a combo grill/smoker.
