I've got about a pound and a half of 80% beef chuck, and a Weber Genesis E-310. Last night I made just about the best home cooked ribeye I've ever had, so I figured I'd continue the grilling tonight. I am a real noob to grilling... my dad never really showed me much, but I know I have the equipment to make a mean burger.
I struggle with cook times.. knowing when to flip/check, to make sure I don't overcook and I don't lose the grill heat.
