My wife and I decided on a lifestyle change and sold our house and bought a townhouse. The one sacrifice is that I cannot have a gas or charcoal grill on the patio. It's a three-story, so it's not functional or feasible for me to store my grill in the garage and cook in the road downstairs behind the new place. It was my only true sacrifice.
Therefore, I'm looking into ways to grill. There are electrical outlets on the patios, so I was wondering how electric grills are. Can I cook a juicy piece of chicken or a mouth-watering burger on one? It's just my wife and I, so I'm not worried about how much grilling area there is.
I thought about getting the Weber 55020001 Q 2400 Electric Grill. If I have to go electric, is that the way to go? Any other suggestions? Also, any tips for cooking with electric when I'm used to cooking with propane? Thanks in advance for everyone's help.
