Accidentally dry aged

Had a rangers valley tomahawk I ended up leaving in the fridge as it was a left over from a cook up. Left it uncovered on a cooling rack in an empty fridge for 4 weeks. Seems to have developed a safe aged exterior, doesn't smell off.

OK so probably the best steak I've ever tasted. Thanks for making me try it!
