Hello all,
In short, I ordered a Broil-King S520 from Lowe's to be delivered assembled this morning... and as they were moving it inside, the caster snapped off and bent part of the lower frame. Of slight concern, they mentioned that was the second or third time it had happened on one of these units.
That said, I happened by Tractor Supply Company yesterday to get a propane fill and saw a 3 Embers Grill. Does anyone have experience with it? Despite the glass front, it felt just as heavy as Broil-King and Weber Genesis II I tested in store.
As for origin source, I know Broil-King is North America whereas 3 Embers... I can only assume it's China (although based in Texas) as I can't find it listed and imagine it would be advertised if NA-based.
So, between the Broil-King vs. 3 Embers, any opinions?
