So I'm looking at getting a new grill. My main concern is I want something that gets hot. I like to cook steaks hot and fast. I'm willing to spend the money on something quality, but if I can get away with 5 or 600 bucks great. I'm seeing mixed reviews on the Weber genesis. Some saying it's great and some saying it has moved production to China and is going down hill. I've seen this with the traeger pellet grills so I'm wondering if anyone has input on that. I'm not dead set on Weber, I just want a good grill. Something that cooks evenly and is built with quality material.
Edit I want gas because of the heat. Charcoal won't get the temps I want and I already have a smoker
