Hey there!
since this is not a food post directly, I hope I am not breaking any subreddit rules. I moved last winter and finally have my own garden! Being an avid meat eater and sous vide fanatic, I'd now want to get my hands dirty on some ribs and briskets. I have been reading that Webers production quality has been bad for the couple of years. Does this apply to the Kettle grill as well? Are there any alternatives you guys recommend? And if you recommend the Weber, which one is recommened size as an all arounder?
Cheers,
panda
