Anybody have one? My uncle and family had like 6 of them throughout the family. Cooked well and even. Also a smoker and steamer. My current set up is an electric smoker and propane grill. Looking to combine units. Other thought is green egg, but my wife seems set on the Holland because she saw my aunt do all the cooking, which is a good thing I assume. Wants to use it when I'm not available. Appreciate your time.
