I cook a lot of chicken and burgers on my grills so I’m not a novice griller. I’ve just never cooked steaks. We have a fundraiser and I have to grill about 300, 10 oz ribeye to order. I have a couple large, homemade grills, so I have plenty of room. Just looking for advice on cooking them right. Any tips would be appreciated. Might sound silly, but anything helps. TIA
