[Advise] Looking for a multi-purpose grill, suggestions?

Hi,

I'm looking to see if there is a grill that has the following features:

• Compatibility of either propane and charcoal (some days, I want it quick and use propane. other days, i'd like to have the option for charcoal)
• Has a smoker - would love to smoke some brisket, amongst other things..
• Rotisserie (not a must, but would be cool)
• Accurate temperature reading
• Infrared cooking top (is that what you call it?) , also not a must but would be handy

Budget: around $1,000 CAD
