I’m in the market for a new grill. I’m heavily leaning towards buying a charcoal grill with a chimney but I’ve heard that cooking with charcoal takes way more time than gas. We typically grill burger and wings and I know long that takes on a gas grill. Can anyone tell me how long it would take to grill burgers and wings (food for 4 people) on a charcoal grill?
