I'm either really late to the party or a genius.


I was cooking ribeyes last week and while they were in the sous vide, I roasted some soup bones at 450 for about 30 minutes till the marrow was liquefied. After searing the steaks, I poured the hot, melted marrow on top of them.It was a life changing steak moment. via /r/steak http://ift.tt/2ot21HU
