I usually throw in the aeromatics once the knob of butter and garlic hit the pan. I could let it steep in the oil and butter, brush the steak, baste said oil on to the steak, but no matter what I do, the flavor of the herbs just doesn't seem to want to be imbued on the steak.Am I doing something wrong? Heat too high and obliterating the herbs flavors? Not long on the pan long enough? Not enough seasoning?I don't want just a hint of the Rosemary and thyme, I want it's presence to be known (love the herbs) but I can't get it strong enough.Anybody can help? via /r/steak http://ift.tt/2F9rYpG
