I ordered a giant cut of Ribeye from Costco on Monday that is arriving today. It will be frozen when it arrives. What is the best way to prep it for vacuum seal?

I prefer to pre season them before the vacuum bag.My Brother (who is more knowledgable than me on this sort of thing) suggests I forgo the seasoning and just let it thaw, cut them into slices, and pre freeze them on a sheet pan and then vacuum seal them.What are your thoughts? via /r/steak https://ift.tt/2GjEJvc
