Question about long marinating.


I was planning on making some shiskabobs last night so yesterday around 3pm I chunked up a bunch of chicken to marinate, as well as a bunch of cheap top round and dumped it into some Stubbs spicy texas peach marinade (in a separate container from the chicken). I wound up running out of vegetables when I made some chicken kabobs and completely blanked on the steak. So here the steak sits.... 24 hours later in a marinade bath. Should I chuck it due to over marination? Or should i cook it up and throw it in some quesadillas? via /r/steak https://ift.tt/2IeiQhy
