So I started enjoying my own steak recently, and through this sub I have been exploring the various types and methods vicariously.Now I'm really curious about dry-aged steak, and was considering visiting el gouchos here in Vienna, but I figured first I'd ask the sub if anyone can recommend a place to try my first dry-aged steak.
