Asked my butcher to cut me a 2in ribeye and it's beautiful. I'm planning on reverse searing it in the oven and finishing it in a cast iron. Any idea how long I should put it in the oven and what temperature for medium rare? I normally do 275 for 25-30 min with 1in ribeyes from Target. via /r/steak https://ift.tt/2HNO5mP
