I have a decent set of steak knives but am looking for something better for slicing larger pieces of meat. This is both pre and post cooking. I feel like every knife I ever try "works" but isn't very graceful and it isn't easy to get a presentable cut. For example, cooking a large prime rib or tenderloin roast. Mercer Culinary M23011 Millennia 11-Inch Granton Slicer Knife https://ift.tt/2kvMEfH is something like this good or is it worthwhile to get a comparable Victorinox? Any other suggestion? via /r/steak https://ift.tt/2ITb29O
