Hey! I love steak and for my birthday tomorrow I have decided to cook a couple tenderloin filets and have never attempted to cook one myself before. I usually stick to NY strips, ribeye, etc. But chose the filets for my bday.I have a grill and cast iron and oven. Please give me the best method.
