Regarding all of the posts on "Wagyu A5" beef I've seen, no one seems to post too many certificates regarding traceability of the animal.Has anyone domestically (in the US or North America) actually been presented with the Traceability Certificate for the meat they buy; either at a restaurant prior to cooking, or included with a home delivery (such as the recent 'Crowd Cow' service)?I understand that American Wagyu and Japanese Kobe Wagyu will drastically differ in price points. However, assuming it is authentic Wagyu (domestic or imported), it should be presented prior to cooking with a Traceability Certificate. via /r/steak https://ift.tt/2LvSPLO
